この法人は、就労することが困難な障がい者に対して、通所による生活訓練・作業訓練をｻｰﾋﾞｽ提供する事業所活動を支援し、活性化させることに関する事業を行い、地域社会や関係機関と一体となって障がい者の自立の促進と福祉の向上に寄与することを目的とする。 また、関係機関や障がい者施設との情報交換により福祉に関する情報提供や交流会を開催し、障がい者支援の輪がひろがることで、障がいのある人たちの福祉が向上し、障がいのある人もない人も「共生」していくことができる「地域社会」をつくることを目的とする。
