この法人は、発達障がい児者とその近辺の行動特徴を表す児者に対して、発達支援、就労支援および生活自立支援、支援関係者への助言相談、行政との協働に関する事業を行い、発達障がい児者とその家族が地域社会のなかで仲間と居場所を持ち、いきいきと自律した生活ができることに寄与することを目的とする。
