この法人は、障害児者に対して、パフォーマンス（スポーツ・ダンス・音楽演奏など）に関する事業を行い、障害児者への余暇の提供、社会参加の促進を行いながら、広く市民に対して障害に関する普及啓発活動を行い、障害の有無に関わらずみんなと一緒に楽しめる社会作りに寄与することを目的とする。
