この法人は、沼津市及び周辺の市町村において、子供から大人まであらゆる市民を対象とし、スポーツ活動を通じた青少年の健全育成、スポーツの技術向上、指導力向上に関わる事業を行い、人づくり、まちづくり、地域づくりの推進と、明るい地域社会の形成に寄与することを目的とする。また、障害福祉を通して障害児童の療育と運動、そして放課後対策等、ならびに障害者の支援自立を援助し、地域社会の福祉向上に寄与することを目的とする。
