この法人は、三重県内のすべての市民に対して、様々な人権意識を深めるため、人権相談、啓発のための人権コンサート、行政などへの要請活動、調査、研究活動等の事業を行い、もって部落差別をはじめとするあらゆる差別の解決に寄与することを目的とする。また、発達障害を持った子どもたちや保護者のため、児童福祉法に基づく障がい児通所支援事業を行い、支援することを目的とする。
